Last night was the first night in what feels like weeks where I actually slept through the night without waking up and tossing and turning for hours (or what feels like hours)... it's probably no small coincidence that last night was also the first night in MONTHS that I've exercised at all after work. This might be a key to my mental and physical health... I also noticed that my vertigo wasn't as bad as it has been when it was time for bed.
Looks like it's time for some new habits and this time of the healthy variety.
